Gain insights into your brain health with our comprehensive Introductory Program. This program evaluates 50 metrics, including cognition, sleep quality, neuromuscular status, and balance function, providing a detailed report of your current health status.

 

After your initial assessment, you’ll receive personalized recommendations in a private coaching session with our neuroscience team. A follow-up session will be held 3–4 months later to track progress and refine your optimization plan.
